Very Satisfied with the service, the carpet that needed cleaning was in very bad condition due to irresponsible tenants. When I reached out to Chem Dry, they accommodated and gave me an appointment very quickly. I was aware that the carpet was in very bad condition and that some of the stains could possibly not be removed entirely, after the service I was very surprised because the rug looked fresh and clean. Very satisfied with Glenns service! Definitely would use this company again in the future and recommend! Thank you!

Job was done on schedule in the most professional way. Carpets came out sparkling clean and large oriental rugs treated with special care. Upholstery still drying but looks super clean already. The job was done without disturbing the household and all things moved handled carefully. Price a bit high but job well done. Have used the services previously and hopefully will use them again. Glenn did a phenomenal job cleaning our 10yr old crate and barrel microfiber sectional sofa. It had taken a beating from our kids. Lots of stains and overall was a bit grimy. We contemplated buying a new couch.but then we found Glen! Stains are gone and fabric feels like its brand new. It has that soft and comfy feeling again. Thank you for doing a great job Glen and chem dry. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

Glenn did a fantastic job on the carpets in our new home. There were several stains in the master bedroom and steps down to the basement. He got them up using chemical free cleaning products which was very important to me for my dogs safety. His pricing was very fair and he did a very quality job. We will definitely have him back to do other parts of our house. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their carpets cleaned at a very reasonable price.

Glen was very professional. He responded quickly to my email with a call to set up an appointment. He cleaned a wall to wall carpet on a stairway and hallway. He also took three Asian carpets with him that were badly stained and had very bad pet odor for heavy duty cleaning. They were back within the time mentioned and they looked and smelled great! We certainly will use Glen's services again in the future and will highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Great carpet cleaning service! The guy who came was very knowledgeable of all the carpet services and very efficient. He was even sweet to my crazy puppy! Took care of any pet stained spots. There is zero odor during the process of the carpet solutions, safe for people and pets. I got the cleaning and sanitizing service covering some pet areas. No pet odors remained. It dried pretty quickly, within a few hours. I would use them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks again for the great service!

I highly recommend Prime Time after having my couch, recliner & two are rugs cleaned. Glenn got right back to me after I left him a voicemail & was very flexible in working with my schedule. I was unaware that Prime Time cleaned tile floors & scheduled a second visit for my kitchen & bathroom floors. It was amazing to find the original grout color as well as the design in the tiles, which I never knew existed. Between the ink stain on my couch coming out & the tile looking like it was laid yesterday, Glenns work was money well spent!
