She was friendly and she went out of her way to get me an earlier appointment to take care of my bug problem. Then the owner came to fill the appointment. This is by far the best pest management company that I have found serving the city of Albuquerque. I'm glad it was Chase who came to my house. Chase provides exceptional services to homeowners. I have been having a problem with mice and black widows, both indoor and outdoors. I have been having restless nights hearing mice through the walls.
They offered me their professional expertise and offered me the best choice to deal with this situation. They went inside and outside of my house. They offer affordable services that won't cost you a limb, compared to other companies that do half of the requested job. They went above and beyond, and I'm glad to have spent my money with them.
You can sign up for every other month, 4 times a year, or one-time service. The more regular you are, the more discount they give you. I would say I highly recommend this company to any homeowners. Thank you for your services!

I have had two different technicians visit my home over the past few months, both very polite and friendly. Best part is the service seems to be super effective! Revised 2/2/21 - Chase is awesome. He is always on time, sends me a text reminder to confirm, and remembers the details of what I want done. He's respectful and the service is great. I never have any bug issues and he is careful with our pets. Super happy with Chase and the team at Essential Pest Management. I wouldn't use anyone else. Pat is a great guy - friendly, timely, and professional. My partner and I called, not knowing anything about our bug problem, and we received a prompt call back with answers, pricing, and rapid scheduling. He sent a message when he was on his way, showed up on time with a smile, and talked us through what he was doing. He handled the dogs well, and came back for follow-ups in precisely the same timely and friendly manner Ive come to expect of him! Overall, I cant reccomend him enough for anyone who needs fast, friendly, and very effective service!

I met with Pat(Owner) two weeks ago and asked him to give me a quote for my commercial building and three residential homes. He promptly presented me with a written quote and a recommended maintenance program. I agreed and gave Pat phone number of the three residential homes for him to call and schedule. Within one week, Pat had completed all properties. Billing was processed electronically and accurate.
