Travis and Shawn cleaned my area rugs. They even managed to come in earlier than my appointment time. They were friendly and professional. They explained the cleaning process and gave me chances to ask questions, which they answered appropriately. They were efficient and left my rugs sparkling clean. They look like new again! Thank you. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over 20 years. Aladdan Chem-Dry arrived ahead of the scheduled time and in less than 2 hours had 2 sets of stairs and 4 rooms cleaned and looking fabulous. They are now clean, soft and very bright!

I run a 365 bed, luxury student housing complex in midtown STL. Before the new school year starts, we have 2 weeks to flip 70% of the building. Rich and his team were able to clean 275 bedrooms in 1.5 weeks! They were fantastic! Also cleaned our leasing office carpet and it hasn't looked this clean since we opened our door two years ago! I've been in the industry 16 years and he is the best around!

On time, very polite. Rug is a cream berber and 12 years old. It didn't come as clean as in previous cleanings so that was a bit disappointing, but we have used this service a few times prior and the rug always looked almost brand new. I believe I selected a cleaning method that I had not tried in the past, and probably will not try again in the future. I usually go with the original method but didn't this time.

The workers were prompt and helpful in discussing what they would and wouldn't do. They removed the spots, and I was able to walk on the carpets in a couple of hours. I liked that they did not stay wet for a long time or have a lingering odor.
