We were going to get quotes for new carpet. We decided to give cleaning one more try after years of meh carpet cleaning results. Sooo glad we called. All the stains are gone. Great price. Great work. Paula & Erik have been cleaning our carpets for a few years now & theyre amazing. Super kind people. Excellent products. Weve had issues with pet stains, & theyre the only ones to get rid of the odor! The house smells clean & fresh, not like chemicals after they clean. We are having new floors put in our house, & we had an issue with cat urine, Paula came over last minute, on the weekend to help us before our new floors were put in! Im so thankful for her help. I absolutely recommend them.

We hired Naturewise Chem-Dry to clean our carpets, which hadn't been cleaned for about 5 years and had a number of stains mainly from our cats. The carpet cleaning was a great experience, starting from scheduling, the punctuality and the professionalism during the cleaning itself. One month later, the carpets look wonderful, and all of the stains are gone.
Due to the non-toxicity of the products that are used for the cleaning I can also be assured that there no harmful residues were left behind that could impact our health and that of our pets. Highly recommend and I will definitely used Naturewise Chem-Dry again.
