WHB Cleaning

Signed up for monthly cleaning services for our three full bathrooms. We keep up with cleaning for the most part but just can't seem to get to all bathrooms regularly and finally decided we just didn't want to either. ;) we got estimated from a few places but WHB really stood out with their website, responsiveness and general impression. They had a good vibe that made them stand apart. Katie arrived on our scheduled day promptly, and was thorough and professional, but also very personable and made sure we were happy with the work. The thing that really impressed me was an hour after she arrived, I received a text from the company asking if all was going well and asked if we had any concerns we wanted relayed to Katie. That's over and above customer service. We felt totally comfortable addressing a minor concern directly to Katie who was very quick to accommodate though. We loved her work and hope she will be our regular going forward! Outstanding service and we are so glad we finally decided to go for it. The cost is also very competitive and absolutely worth it! Highly recommend this cleaning company! I can be quite picky when it comes to cleaning--after many sub-par and overpriced experiences with other companies. But WBH cleaning has been amazing. If there are any issues--the owner gets back to me immediately and makes the issue right. We have recently been using Tonya and absolutely love her! She not only is extremely sweet, but our house has never been cleaned better. Don't spend your time looking elsewhere

WHB was top notch. We reached out New Years Eve with a long shot request and they had two available spots New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. They saved us in a tight pinch did an unbelievable job and were very affordable.

For Christmas this year, I gifted our daughter and son in law with a house cleaning and, as is always the case when choosing an unknown service, there is risk involved. When Liv arrived, alone, I was concerned since usually there is a team. But she worked tirelessly for over 5 hours and their house, at the end, literally sparkled. She not only was incredibly thorough and conscientious, but also warm, professional, and loving to their very large pittie mix dog! Floors gleamed, baseboards were free of dirt and cobwebs, counters immaculate, glass shone, refrigerator completely cleaned, and the house smelled fresh and clean. She was amazing and my children were thrilled beyond measure. The company itself is so well run, with confirmations, notification of arrival, checking on my level of satisfaction, and overall professionalism. I cannot recommend enough.

Couldn't be any happier. The two ladies that came out and did my move out cleaning did such an amazing job. They were super professional and thorough. Didn't take more than 2 hours and it was up to my standards. I will definitely be using this company in the future again.
