Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

From beginning to end, this company has been excellent to deal with. Had a great discussion when I scheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule and they were very helpful again. My tech, Eric, texted that he'd arrive towards the end of the window. He discussed my needs and did not try to "sell" me, but made some good suggestions. Bottom line, my very old carpet looks absolutely fantastic.
I've had pets over the years and, although I did not opt for the special pet "service, " the house smells fresh again. Even the pile has been lifted and is soft and springy. Best money I've spent for carpet cleaning, and will definitely call them again.

All Pro ChemDry was referred to me by a friend at work (who I found out was referred to them through another mutual friend at work, lol). Joe and Alex did an AMAZING job! They got out all of the stains we had (not a lot, but a few smaller ones here and there from the people who lived there before us). Our carpets look great! Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! I really appreciated the time spent on the estimate and the explanation of what was needed to remove as best as possible the urine and odor all over my house from previous dogs and my new dog who unbeknownst to me marked the whole house. Plus the carpet was a lot cleaner than when I used another service. I would use this company again.

My carpet had not been cleaned for 10 years. They did a great job! I upgraded my cleaning because it had been so long and I had done a fair amount of construction in the interim. This included drywall and the associated dust. Overall, very happy with the results. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I liked how it dried relatively fast.

Joe and his helper were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (the office called the day prior and asked if that would be ok). Both Joe and his helper were professional, took great care with the house walls and doors. He showed us all the animal urine spots with a blacklight! When they were done the rooms had no more stale odor and the carpets looked brand new.
I even waited a few days to post this to make sure there was no dirt that rose back up to the surface (this has happened to me with other carpet cleaning services). I am very happy with Chem Dry and can recommend them highly.

I will use this place every single time. I have five houses that I own and they cleaned two of them last week. The carpets look SO much better! I thought that I could maybe get another two years out of the carpets at one of the houses, but after they cleaned them, I think I can get up to five more years! Don't use any other place. I used a different place for another house about 3 months ago and the carpets didn't even look different. That's what I get for taking the lowest price. You usually get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$ and get years more life out of your carpets!

I was very pleased by the service I received from All Pro Chem-Dry. A representative came out to prepare an estimate and was very thorough in examining the state of the property being sold. I was advised about the need to specially treat areas that had been fouled by pet urine. All during the process, I was kept informed of the status of the work so there were no surprises.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

I called on a Saturday morning as a new customer. Don answered all my questions, gave me choices in pricing, and explained services. He said he would try to get a technician out that day. He kept in touch with me all day to keep me informed as to was going on. He then gave me a time frame when a tech would come and readjusted the time frame when tech finished his job before me.
Then Eric came (after calling and telling me when he would be here), took measurements, and again I was given options of services and cost. Very frieindly, and efficientTook less than 2 hours to clean, and the entire carpet was dry almost immediately! Highly recommend! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

I was very pleased with the 2 young men from All Pro Chem-Dry who cleaned and treated the carpets in my home on March 7th. Both men were quietly respectful and performed their tasks in a very professional manner. To their further credit, they were perceptive enough to understand our concern for key items of furniture. The care they took with our home and its furnishings was exceptional. Equally exceptional was the improvement we saw in our carpeting. Wow! I am thoroughly impressed! Our dog had an upset stomach and made a mess all over our living room. Because we were on a time crunch, we called All Pro Chem-Dry and within 15 minutes we had someone on their way. It turned out to be one of the managers of the company who had made a special trip because of the short notice. Because of our tight budget during the holidays, we requested he only clean the areas where our dog had her issues.
To our surprise, he did our entire ground floor for no extra charge. The carpets look immaculate, like they are new despite being over 15 years old. Not to mention they only use natural and safe cleaning ingredients, so our kids and dogs can go all over them right after being cleaned. Incredible company, incredible service! 5 stars doesn't do them justice. If you need your carpets cleaned, these are your guys.
