This is the third time Ive used Herring Septic Services for septic tank problems and have been extremely satisfied every time. From the initial call for service and throughout the process, the communication is on point (either through text or calls). You are given a service date (sometimes the same day), notified the night before, and texted an arrival time 45 minutes to an hour before arrival.

The gentlemen, Victor and Nemo, were very professional and courteous, they kept me informed of their progress, and completed the job timely and efficiently. You will receive the BEST service with Herring Septic Services. I highly recommend!

Herring Septic did an outstanding job installing our leach field. This was a very challenging job, but they worked with us every step of the way, helping to cut costs without sacrificing quality. Their team also regraded our backyard and left everything in great shape. Mr. Craig and his team are true expertsyou can tell they know septic systems inside and out.

He was always available to answer our calls, even after the job was done, which speaks to their exceptional customer service. Victor and Willie were awesome. They went above and beyond and made this an easy experience. We had septic water backing up into the house the week of Thanksgiving and they were in and out quickly and efficiently while educating me and fixing the problems. We had signs of a septic tank problem and this company came the same day we called. The two men who came were friendly and good at explaining things to us. They checked both parts of the tank, and it only needed pumped. The price was very reasonable.

I called Herrings after noticing some liquid on top of the tank. Craig answered my call and asked me to text over my address. Victor sent me a text letting me know that I was on the list and that they would give me a call when they were 45 minutes away. Victor and Isaha arrived and informed us of what they would be doing. They kept us informed and aware of everything that they were doing as well as potential problems and solutions.

They were very professional and respectful of our yard. They did a thorough inspection, replaced an older type of filter, and found a leak that we will need a plumber to assist with. I would highly recommend them.

I spoke with the owner (Craig) on Sunday afternoon and he came out early Monday morning and drained my tank and offered instructions on how to handle problems in the future. Very prompt, professional, and a really nice person to deal with. Comes when he says he will.

When Victor and Hunter came to our house and made the awful discovery that our tank had not been serviced since it was installed over 20 years ago (!), they went right to work on it. They installed a new filter and put copper sulfate in the tank to treat surrounding tree roots. They recommended tree removal to address the threat to the vent line posed those roots and also referred me to a plumber to deal with the leak they discovered coming from the house.

In short, I think they saved me from a much more serious situation down the line, and did so in an honest and efficient manner. Victor went above and beyond the kind of service one expects in a situation like this. He responded promptly to text messages and made sure I understood what services I was paying for and why. Hunter also educated me on how to clean the filter every six months. I'm very thankful I called this company when I did, and I will definitely be using Herring for all our septic tank service needs in the future.

I called this morning to see if I could schedule to have my septic tank drained. I received a text letting me know Id receive a call about 45 mins before would come over. When I received the call Victor and Willie were there within 30 mins and started working immediately. Victor explained what they were doing and was polite, personable, and courteous the whole time. The team that came to the house were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They showed me additional options for filters for my tank. They were also very fun to talk to. I asked one of the workers why he wears his Miami hurricane sweater to work and he stated that if any of his work gets on his sweater that it would just match the team logo. They just put in my new septic tank. I was not home for the install but my cousins and parents was very impressed with Chris and his crew. They was very professional thru the whole install. We had an issues but Chris made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. They are hard workers and made sure everything was done right. Heather in the office was a delight to deal with. They arrived and fixed the septic tank the same day I called and worked with me on scheduling a good time to meet. I was very impressed with their professionalism and results!
