Management communicates very well and checks in on quality. The Cleaner I have is very hard working and detailed. I have been with them for close to 3 months. I am very happy with my choice. I am on an every 2 week program with a 4 bedroom home. It has sure made my home life easier to manage and just feels nice to have the cleaning done so I can focus on other stuff at home and work. The Cleaner I have gets 10 plus on the stars but this only gives me 5.

I had some packing to do and cleaning for my move. I was overwhelmed. I got a same day cleaner from Germicidal. We look forward to every visit. I call her my right arm as she keeps our house clean and organized better than I could ever do. I was looking for a green cleaning company because I have allergies. I called around and finally contacted this cleaning service. They were really friendly over the phone and assured me that they could use all natural cleaning products. The lady came, and the house looked great and smelled very fresh. I was also pleased to learn that they are local to the San Juan Capistrano area. I am very happy with my house right now!
