We installed our heat pump about 3 years ago with Infinity. They are hands down one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Family owned and operated and the team members they have helping definitely feel like family. They are quick to respond to issues or help out. Not to mention the price beats out almost all of the "big guys". If you are in the market, I would look no further. Infinity will always have our business!

I called Ken at Infinity heating about 9:30 today and Matt,
the Service man was at my door at 11:00am. He took the furnace apart and checked it for problems and change one part and put everything back together like he was never there. I love Ken's Infinity, they have always quickly came to my rescue. If you want excellent service, I highly recommend Ken's Infinity heating and air.

Two years after installation (thus not under warranty) the ductless heater system developed a leak. We called Infiniti Heating & Air, who provided larger than expected estimate for a leak, search and repair call. I am a DIY guy, but I knew that I needed a professional. Jacob came & reasonably quickly fixed the problem. I then understood the reason behind the cost because they had to retest the system, then pump out their special leak-test fluids and then reinstall the coolant, all under pressure & time consuming. But how nice to have warm air again. AND the final bill was several hundred dollars less than the estimate! Id definitely use them again.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job!

This the company to use. Ken and Bashar helped us install a new furnace. Biggest thing these are real good people. Ken (owner) is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Bashar stayed in contact the whole way and went above and beyond. I could go on. Might invite them back to the house for some homemade NY style pizza. And they are BBB accredited.

We have used Infinity for years. Their work is excellent and customer service superb. Ken and crew are responsive, arrive on time and answer questions clearly. They check on their work to ensure all is working properly.

Great service! They answered my call and had someone out only a couple days later. They were early to the appointment and handled the furnace and fireplace servicing quickly and super well. Invoice included pictures and details. Affordable and amazing work!

This company is great, very helpful and go above and beyond to explain and troubleshoot the system. The office was great to deal with and the response was fast. Matt was able to diagnose the issue quickly with no upsell and showed me the fail point, why and how he would replace it. When the new part was installed the system came back to life with no issues. I appreciate the integrity this company has, for all the work needed to get the system repaired I was more than happy with the amount. Ill definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Matt came and checked out our heat pump for us. It didnt end up needing any servicing but he explained to me how it defrosts itself so now I know that its functioning properly during really cold days! Very nice to talk to and down to earth. We've had multiply companies come out and all guess what the problem is and replace parts. Still didn't fix the issue.
Ken at Infinity came right out when I called him and within 5min knew exactly what the problem was. Did his work and 10min later we had icy cold air coming out of our vents again.

If I could rate higher than five star, I would these people were excellent They showed up at the time they promised they paid great attention to every single detail They had to make adjustments and did so successfully and addressed all my concerns. They went out of their way to help me with a problem with my filters and afterwards I received a thank you gift I highly recommend this organization and will make sure all my friends know about them And I have to add the overall cost was lower than what I expected. Thank you.!

The fan in the gas fireplace was rattling and called infinity and they had great response time and did a good job overall as I would recommend them to make a call to see what they can do for you

Matt was my technician and he was personable, knowledgeable and all around excellent.

We have used Infinity since 2016 for our heater service. Recently our water heater started leaking and out of 3 quotes they were the best. They were on time and left the area where the water heater was better than they found it. We also asked for a quote on getting a.c. installed and got it the same day. Great service and good people.

Ken was great. Small company feel that is responsive and just takes care of what the problem is. No monkey business trying to upsell you something.

My AC stopped working at my Salon. Infinity was there to fix it less than 2 hours after my call. Amazing customer service!
