We hired Paradise City for a full gut renovation of our two bedroom apartment. It wasn't a low budget project but worth every penny we paid. Dmitry, the owner, proved to be a reliable, diligent and trustworthy person, considering the fact that we were not able to monitor the progress on a day-to-day basis when we were away. Management and selection of subcontractors was very good. Work was performed on time without compromising quality. We also found very helpful the online appllication Dmitry used for budgeting and workflow management. We also would like to note among others his thorough knowledge of high-end materials and finishes, attention to details and creative approach to problem solving. Overall, we're very much satisfied with the final results and would definitely recommend Paradise City as an experienced and reliable general contractor you can trust.

Dmitry remodeled our condo (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, painting and wallpaper) over the past few years. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful with modern but workable design ideas. We have certainly appreciated and enjoyed having Dmitry as our contractor for all of the remodeling in our condo and would highly recommend him.

We had a very big project - 7 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms, kitchen and 3-story staircase. Very happy that we were introduced to Dmitriy owner of Paradise City, since he offered us estimate for the same amount that the developer did but with much more options and design solutions. We did not hire the designer because felt Dmitriy’s professionalism, knowledge of his work and a sense of our taste. The project began with complete remodeling of the house including all bedrooms and bathrooms full kitchen installation and 3story marble staircase production and installation. All work was done on time and at very professional level, marble work was amazing, he helped us with the design that saved us a lot of time and money yet the house looked very luxurious. Every little detail from marble design to structural ceiling was done with top quality and exceeded our expectations. I love my wood floors and European closet cabinets - they are amazing! Never expected that wallpaper will look so luxury as they did. With his team this huge project was completed even with so many changes on the way .They obviously take pride in their work and do it well. I must say that Dmitriy is very good project manager and always was able to resolve any issues that arose on the way. We are very happy with the quality of work and outcome of the whole project. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone who want quality and have a good experience.
