One of the family properties up on a hill became known as the Hill Farm. They spent hours working, playing, building forts and dams in the creek. That was where building and work ethic were instilled from a young age.
From there, they went on to work for the family construction company throughout high school and college. After both, Jerrod and Ryan, moved their families to Arizona, they had the desire to start a design and construction company that provided outstanding customer service with top notch quality.
