Anchor did an excellent job relocating our laundry room to the 2nd floor, designing and building a new laundry room. They renovated our 2nd bathroom to make it more modern. The prior laundry closet in the kitchen was redesigned to a wine bar. They performed other tasks for us, too. Great work. We highly recommend. Gerson Aguilar is an excellent project manager!

Perry and his team did a great job. Very detail oriented in landscape, walls, installing artificial turf and flagstones for our patio area. We have gotten many compliments on final results and our son has great place to play. They also did meticulous job replacing fence. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the results.

Our project: demolish existing concrete patio, pool apron, and front patio. Expand and rebuild patio, pool apron, and front patio. Also addressed some drainage concerns in my yard.
We had a great experience with Anchor Property Services. The patio around the pool area of our new home was in need of a serious makeover. After getting 2 estimates, our pool company suggested that we speak to Perry at Anchor Property Services. Perry embraced the vision that we had for the project and even made several recommendations along the way to enhance the final product. He kept us updated throughout the process and completed the work ahead of our projected schedule. The outcome was fantastic! We’re looking forward to spending a lot of time in our new space this year. Everybody that has seen the work has been impressed. I’d highly recommend Anchor Property Services for your next project.
