Licensed as a general contractor in 1978, Tim draws on more than three decades of construction experience in the service of his customers. Elaine Linssen, office manager and bookkeeper for over twelve years with Tim Walsh Builders, comes with an extensive background in user computer systems at the University of California and Bank of America.
