JVA Construction Services is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Central New York area since 1986.
Our business represents our personal reputation, and we take that very seriously.
We perform each project as if it were for our family and although we enjoy each and every job we do, we are especially passionate about aging-in-place, universal design, accessibility/home modification and visitability projects.
We are a Certified Aging-in-Place Contractor (CAPS) and we hold several other different certifications.

Initial Contact -- When you call us, we will briefly discuss your project.
Should both parties decide to move forward, we will schedule an on site visit.
Please bring any drawings, pictures or other items that will help us to better define your needs.
On Site Visit -- When we visit your home or project site, we will review any drawings, sketches or photos you may have gathered and discuss your needs and agree upon a basic scope of work and budget so that we can prepare your estimate.
There is no charge for this visit.
