Jeff, Harry and Alex installed new siding and windows and painted the outside of my home. Polite and cheerful, they obviously enjoy and take pride in their work. They worked at a good pace but never rushed their work. They paid attention to detail and planned ahead - we never had to wait for windows or other materials.
When I had questions, Jeff explained what they were doing and why they did it that way. Where there were choices to be made, he always asked and respected my decisions. He made suggestions for trim and paint that added character to my home, and never steered me wrong. I love the new style, colors and quality! Jefferson Builders carefully planned the open themed basement.
We supported the existing load baring wall with an exposed glulam beam.
We also leveled the existing floor with a poured leveler, and then installed Lifeproof flooring.
In addition, we wrapped the room with bead board.
Jefferson Builders was contracted out to complete new updated tile roofs within a residential area.
This project turned out beautiful, with sharp and easy lines.
Jefferson Builders tore out the existing brick work and added a new fire mantel piece, as well as a new modern finish brick.
