This dated rambler was begging to be updated and re-oriented to capture the stunning views of the lake.
But oddly proportioned rooms made for awkward layouts, and the small windows hid most of the million dollar view.
By completely reconsidering the layout of the main level, and incorporating some bold layout concepts (ahem, no door between bedroom and bathroom) we were able to deliver a space that ticked the function boxes for our homeowner, and delivered on his primary vision; bringing the outdoors, in!
