Residential Designs was started by Mike Mitchell in 1998 to serve Contractors and Owners who need affordable architectural design and drafting. Creating designs that suit the life style of San Diegans is what Mike seeks to achieve. Mike always looks for the uniqueness of each setting whether it be a custom home in the back country to a space saving addition in an urban location.
What makes Residential Designs unique in the field is the free consultation and estimating we provide at the outset of each project. First we listen to the client describe their project and then we inform the client as to how that project can be accomplished and then provide an estimated cost to complete the project.
In addition to our home, home additions, and remodel design expertise, we also provide Title 24 Energy Calcs. which means that a client saves time and money not having to coordinate several different companies at once.Our promise is to keep the customer first and provide fast, affordable, plans, documents, and permits for your construction project.
