Karen and Randy Hoffman have been designing, building and renovating homes throughout the Triad area since 1980. We specialize in Design/Build, where we create construction plans in-house. We are also happy to build from plans designed by your own architect. It is our goal to create a new home whose style, design and budget are a perfect fit for our customers.

From the beginning they have sought distinction in their work and specialized in quality custom and speculative homes with fine detailing.
Both Karen and Randy are licensed general contractors.
Randy oversees job costs, office management and project development.
Karen works with the customers to create and draw the plans, detail the elevations and finish materials, and guide the selections of plumbing, cabinets, lighting, etc. Karen and Randy are involved in job start-up, cost estimating and jobsite supervision.

Karen was actually the Design Team Chairman in 1990 when the Junior League of High Point collaborated with the City of High Point in the demolition and remodeling of the Roy B. Culler Jr. Senior Center located on N. Hamilton Street.
