Dustin and Paul joined forces in 2017 to start Active Design & Build, a remodeling company in Denver.
They started the home renovation company because they are both passionate about construction and remodeling in particular.
But more than that, they combined Dustin's experience in the military and Paul's operational management experience to create a ground-breaking technology-forward construction process that yields exceptional quality at reasonable cost.
After spending five years in the Navy with the elite special operation force, Seabee Engineer Reconnaissance Team (SERT), Dustin studied economics and finance at the University of Colorado at Denver.
They started the home renovation company because they are both passionate about construction and remodeling in particular.
But more than that, they combined Dustin's experience in the military and Paul's operational management experience to create a ground-breaking technology-forward construction process that yields exceptional quality at reasonable cost.
