I like the freedom and flexibility of setting my own schedule that being self-employed gives me, within the parameters of getting the job done right and on time, of course.
I love having a family and being a part of that lifestyle everyday.

Due to the nature of smaller jobs, it is more advantageous to the client to conduct them on an hourly basis versus a set price contract.
Smaller jobs can be done at a lower cost to the client because there are no incorporated costs of estimating things like risk mark up and estimating time.
Below is the rate schedule and inclusions/exclusions.
Time is calculated from arrival at residence or job site until completion of work.
Trips for supplies necessitated by the work requested will be included as regular work hours.
